A recipe from chef Dwight Smith @chefdwightsmith Ingredients: 1 cup honey 1/2 cup butter (melted) 3 tbsp Dijon mustard Glaze: 2 cups pineapple juice 2 tbsp grainy mustard 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 tbsp honey 1 tbsp dry jerk spice How to: In a large pan add unwrapped ham (I used bone in) In a bowl combine honey, melted butter, and Dijon.
