How to Remove Invasive Weeds - Phragmites, Water, Shoreline

Did you know, the dense stands of tall, fluffy grass you often see next to the highway is one of Ontario’s worst invasive species? Over the summer, interns in Ontario were working to protect natural areas by removing invasive species like phragmites, buckthorn, dog-strangling vine and garlic mustard.
