Police have arrested a shirtless suspect in the freezing cold after thousands of dollars worth of Pokémon cards were stolen from a business in Edmond, Oklahoma. Police say the man crashed a stolen vehicle into a mailbox before fleeing on foot, when he was apprehended in -11C weather.
