Having recently bought a batch of New/Old Stock Minitrains HOe/HOn30 narrow gauge sets, I decided to strip down and service the Diesel Locomotive first as none of the included locos would run staight out of the box. As I have a bunch of different PWM DC controllers here in the shop, I wanted to see how various PWM circuits might work with a high quality, 5 pole, skew wound DC motor.
