LEBANON, Ind. — An Indiana homeowner is now facing voluntary manslaughter charges after authorities say he shot and killed a woman who had mistakenly arrived at the wrong home while working with a cleaning crew. WHITESTOWN, Ind. — A tragic misunderstanding turned deadly on Wednesday morning when 32-year-old Maria Florinda Rios Perez was shot and killed outside a home on Maize Lane in The Heritage subdivision in Whitestown, Indiana.
