THE HAGUE, Netherlands (AP) — One person was killed and another seriously wounded in a stabbing incident late Thursday in the Dutch port city of Rotterdam, police said. Police arrested a suspect who was also injured.

A 10-year-old boy attending a Japanese school in southern China has died after being stabbed on his way to class on Wednesday, according to Tokyo’s foreign minister, in the second knife attack near a Japanese school in the country in recent months.

One person was killed and another seriously injured in a stabbing incident in Rotterdam near the Erasmus Bridge, where a suspect was arrested. Witnesses reported the attacker wielding two knives and shouting "Allahu Akbar" as he targeted random individuals.
