We're handing out report cards on big free agency moves, including deals for Jameis Winston and Brandin Cooks.

The New York Giants, who have well-documented quarterback issues, agreed to sign veteran quarterback Jameis Winston to a two-year, $8 million contract Friday.

The Cleveland Browns may just be left with Russell Wilson, or the other way around, as the NFL free agency veteran quarterback market has dwindled. Daniel Jones has signed with the Indianapolis Colts.

Adding another linebacker to the roster, the Cleveland Browns have made another NFL free agency move to sign former Ohio State Buckeye and Cleveland native Jerome Baker. The former 2018 NFL draft third round pick visited the Browns on Thursday and it did not take the two sides long to hammer out a deal from there.
