Former head coach Norv Turner is returning to the team he was with two decades ago. Turner is coming out of retirement and joining the Las Vegas Raiders offensive staff, the team announced Tuesday, Turner will serve as a senior adviser.

The Raiders fired offensive coordinator Luke Getsy and two other offensive assistant coaches after Sunday's loss to the Bengals and they're set to add one of their former head coaches to Antonio Pierce's staff on Tuesday.
