Justin Baldoni and Wayfarer Studios accuse Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, and their team of defamation, extortion and hijacking creative control of the film 'It Ends With Us' in a federal lawsuit filed in New York.

Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, had said for weeks he planned to file a suit against Lively, Baldoni’s co-star on “It End With Us,” and Reynolds, Lively’s husband.

Justin Baldoni is suing Blake Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, their publicist Leslie Sloane and Sloane's PR firm Vision PR. Today (16 January), attorneys for Baldoni filed a $400 million lawsuit on behalf of the actor, producer Jamey Heath, publicist Jennifer Abel and Melissa Nathan.

Baldoni and Wayfarer's litigation will consist of claims relating to "Reynolds and Lively’s tortious interference with contract and civil extortion and to the already-pending dispute between Wayfarer and Lively" (Wayfarer is named in both Lively's complaint and lawsuit against Baldoni.

Justin Baldoni accused Blake Lively's husband, Ryan Reynolds, of mocking the actor with the "Deadpool" character "Nicepool." The actor made the accusation in a litigation holding letter.

Baldoni's lawyer is demanding Disney and Marvel "retain all documents relating to or reflecting a deliberate attempt to mock, harass, ridicule, intimidate, or bully Baldoni through the character of ‘Nicepool.

Apparently, it does not end with them. The fallout radius of the Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni legal battle continues to spread, with Marvel president Kevin Feige, Disney CEO Bob Iger and director Tim Miller becoming the latest industry figures swept into the drama.
