Salvador Saucedo allegedly used hospital equipment to pick the locks on his handcuffs and leg irons and ran off while the deputy guarding him went to the restroom.
Salvador Saucedo escaped in Bellville on Jan. 23. He was found in a burning house in Richards, Texas, with a self-inflicted gunshot wound on Tuesday, Feb. 18.
