Utah's game at No. 7 Houston's scheduled for Tuesday night has been pushed back to Wednesday because of severe weather forecast for the Houston area.

Severe winter weather forecasts for the Houston area on Tuesday led the No. 7 Houston Cougars to move their men's basketball game against Utah to Wednesday at 5 p.m. Central time. Forecasts have the area receiving up to six inches of snow and freezing temperatures.

The Utes’ game at No. 7 Houston will be moved back a day and played Wednesday at 4 p.m. MST at the Fertitta Center, the Big 12 announced, due to a storm set to hit the Houston area. Utah and Houston were originally scheduled to tip at Tuesday.
