Three lanes of Interstate 10 in Kenner have reopened since their closure due to a crash on Monday morning, Feb. 10.
The I-10 Broadway Curve Improvement Project is one step closer to completion after new lanes on the highway recently opened.
The westbound lanes of Interstate 10 reopened Sunday night at US 60/SR143 near Sky Harbor International after a crash.
Drivers on the northwest side will now have an easier commute as construction on a busy interchange is complete.

As a result, traffic is backed up for six miles on I-10 east and US Highway 61 (Airline Highway) on Interstate 310 north. Drivers are advised to find an alternate rout for their commute.
