One of the country's most prominent hubs for Venezuelan immigrants is poised to sign an agreement with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

The men worked as roofers and were arrested March 10 when deputies were investigating what turned out to be a false call of a burglary at an industrial complex, which housed the roofing business.
