Tampa Bay was outscored by a cumulative 8-3 in falling to San Jose, Los Angeles and Anaheim. Its four-game losing streak matches its longest of the season from Nov. 1-7.
Sunday night gave the Lightning their fourth straight loss. They'll have a chance to rebound quickly when they face the Carolina Hurricanes on Tuesday at Amalie Arena. Carolina has a 9-9-2 record on the road and a 24-14-2 record overall. The last time the two teams met, the Lightning won 4-1, with Nikita Kucherov scoring three goals.
