We watched the Pittsburgh Penguins match up with the Buffalo Sabres at the Key Bank Center in Buffalo on Friday night. This was the Penguins’ first game since announcing they waived their former All-Star goaltender Tristan Jarry.
With the Penguins leading the Sabres 4-2 and Buffalo's goalie Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen at the bench, the Sabres would put the puck into the corner and the puck would come to Nedeljkovic. With that goal, Nedeljkovic would become just the second goalie in the Penguins' history to score a goal.
The Seattle Kraken will send Philipp Grubauer to the American Hockey League if he clears waivers. Follow this tracker for the latest NHL news.
