Officials have confirmed that missing 2-year-old Anthony Stroder last seen at the beginning of January has been found and is safe.

A missing 2-year-old from Midwest City has been found safe while crossing into the United States from Mexico with his non-custodial mother. Investigators believed the mother and her fugitive boyfriend were relying on a network of people to keep them hidden.
