Ex-Arizona Cardinals head coach Steve Wilks is now back in the NFL as a defensive coordinator for the New York Jets, per multiple reports.
It was four months ago on Sept. 22 that the Arizona Cardinals lost in Week 3 to the Detroit Lions, 20-13. The Cardinals were 1-2 after that game and the Lions 2-1. Following the game, the Cardinals were .500 at 7-7 to finish 8-9 while the Lions won 13 of their last 14 to earn the No. 1 seed in the NFC with a 15-2 record.
There are some names standing out at the Senior Bowl who could provide a boost for the Cardinals defense in 2025 and beyond.
