The grey market premium (GMP) of SD Retail IPO is Rs 35 as of 07:53 a.m. on Friday, implying a 26.72% gain over the IPO price, according to Chittorgarh's unit Investorgain. The estimated listing price based on the GMP is Rs 166 per share.

SD Retail IPO opened on September 20, aiming to raise ₹64.98 crore through 49.6 lakh shares. The net proceeds of the issue will be used to fund capital expenditures for setting up new exclusive brand outlets.

The SME IPO season appears to be in full swing, as small and medium enterprrises in the country look to spread their wings in the time to come.

SD Retail's SME IPO opened for subscription today and will close on September 24. The company aims to raise Rs 65 crore through a fresh equity issue of 49.60 lakh shares, priced between Rs 124-131 each.

According to stock market observers, shares of the company are available at a premium of ₹10 in the grey market today

Mumbai-based Arkade Developers sold its IPO in the price band of Rs 121-128 per share with a lot size of 110 shares, which was open for bidding between September 16 and September 19.
