Drake Maye made his NFL debut for the Patriots on Thursday night, relieving veteran Jacoby Brissett late in New England's loss to the New York Jets.

With the New England Patriots trailing badly against the New York Jets, Maye entered the game in relief of a battered Jacoby Brissett. Brissett had a rough night at the helm of the Patriots offense, getting sacked five times and hit 10 times. The Patriots trailed 24-3 with 4:24 remaining when Maye entered the game.
