Former Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp has said he hopes Mohamed Salah stays at the club, labelling him the best striker they have had in modern times.

Former Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has weighed in on Mohamed Salah's contract situation with the Premier League leaders.

Salah is on track to have his best season at Liverpool so far, with 21 goals and 17 assists in all competitions. While there is no indication Liverpool have given up on renewing Salah’s contract, if the Relevo report is to be believed, the Egyptian winger has already agreed to move to the Saudi Pro League next season.
