Green Bay's starting quarterback admitted Wednesday that his participation at practice heading into Sunday’s matchup with Chicago was a significant development.

"Certainly when you're limited in your lower half as a quarterback, really with any type of thrower that can have a big effect on your ability to just move around in the pocket or throw accurately," Head Coach Matt LaFleur said. "So it'll be good to just get him some practice under his belt where he's fully healthy."

After guiding the Packers to a playoff victory in his first season as the starting quarterback, Love signed a four-year contract extension valued at $220 million just before the beginning of the 2024 NFL season. Hopefully for the Packers and their budget, he will not keep getting injured this season.

Despite the Chicago Bears' struggles, Packers quarterback Jordan Love still has plenty of respect for Green Bay's NFC North rivals.
