On Sunday, Cleveland Browns pass-rusher Myles Garrett broke the NFL's single-season sack record, a record that had only been tied once since Michael Strahan set the mark at 22.5 sacks in 2001.
Myles Garrett made NFL history, and in the process may have solidified his case as the greatest pass rusher of his era. The Cleveland Browns ' perennial All-Pro broke the single-season sack record previously shared by Pittsburgh Steelers ' veteran T.J. Watt and Hall of Famer Michael Strahan.
The Broncos weren't able to break the NFL's single-season sack record in 2025, but they did set a new franchise record.
The New York Jets ended the season by becoming the first team to lose five straight games by at least 23 points and to not record an interception during the season.
For the second time this season, Cam Little has made NFL history. The Jaguars kicker hit a 67-yard field goal against the Titans on Sunday, which set the NFL record for longest outdoor field goal. The kick comes just two months after Little set the overall NFL record with a 68-yard field goal back in Week 9 against the Raiders.
Jaxon Smith-Njigba leads the NFL with a Seahawks franchise record 1,709 receiving yards in 2025. He needs just 73 yards to pass Hall of Famer Isaac Bruce for second and 101 yards to pass Justin Jefferson 's 1,809 in 2022 for the most ever by a player at the age 23 or younger season.
