Mike Vrabel's New England Patriots have taken another member of the New York Giants' staff, adding more questions to answer early in the offseason.

With its new head coach and rookie quarterback, New England has answers at the two most important positions on the team.

Another reported candidate, Browns tight ends coach/pass game specialist Tommy Rees, looks to be off the board. Cleveland promoted Rees to offensive coordinator Tuesday afternoon, following his first and only season with the organization. Vrabel worked with Rees last year, when he served in a hybrid coach/consultant role for the Browns.
