A 20-year-old Westside man has been arrested on multiple charges in the Feb. 4 wrong-way fatality on Interstate 295 in a stolen pickup truck.

Rodney Wesley, 20, was arrested Thursday after running away from Jacksonville sheriff's detectives, according to JSO. The I-295 crash left a 66-year-old man dead.
