Activist short seller Nathan Anderson, famous for his campaigns against Adani Group, Super Micro and Nikola, is shutting down his firm Hindenburg Research seven years after he founded it.

Nathan Anderson announced the disbandment of the firm, shared his journey and the team’s impact on financial investigations in his farewell note. He aims to open-source their methods while ensuring team members transition to new opportunities.

Nate Anderson, the short seller who made his name with campaigns targeting billionaires Gautam Adani, Jack Dorsey and Carl Icahn, said he’s disbanding his small but renowned firm, Hindenburg Research.
