SPENCER, Mass. - Exploding propane tanks and fireworks created a massive, chaotic blaze in Massachusetts on Monday, destroying two homes and damaging one other. At about 5:30 a.m., dispatch began receiving reports that a fire broke out at the Sanctuary on Penn. By 7 a.m., much of the church was destroyed.
