Morgan Stanley analysts downgraded Nestle (NSRGY) stock to Underweight as cocoa and chocolate prices continue to move higher. Colgate-Palmolive Company (CL) was also downgraded to Underweight by a team at Wells Fargo.

CL slumped 0.28% to $105.43 Monday, on what proved to be an all-around positive trading session for the stock market, with the S&P 500 Index SPX rising 0.13% to 5,633.09 and the Dow Jones Industrial Average DJIA rising 0.55% to 41,622.08.
