When I visited the Wilonow Palace I was part of a tour group providing our own busing to the location. I did some research and Wikipedia actually lists the bus numbers to take from Warsaw. There is also the Hop On Off bus service that indicates it has a stop there but you would have to confirm this with them directly. Another option is Warsaw Bus and Minivan Tours, which provide guides and tours of the Wilonow Palace.
