The memorial is located in the Constitution Gardens, on the Lincoln Memorial end. The long black wall is described with names. There is a single path along it so it can get packed if busy.Full review by Acineto

I don't recall seeing any signage prohibiting animals. But have dog on leash with material for scooping.
