No- there is not free parking. And be prepared to walk a ways. There is not parking close by at all. You must park in the parking garage behind the NCAA National Offices. Kind of sucks.
This is a very interactive place with lots of sports things to do on the second floor. I'd allow 4 hours if they want to do everything and also see the displays.
