The entire area of Godrevy is dog friendly. Most of the beach area isn't accessible at Godrevy Head, but dogs are certainly welcome there. The area where you can look down onto the beach where there are often hundreds of seals sunbathing has signs that specifically say to keep quiet (both animals and people), so you'll just want to make sure you're able to keep your pup quiet aka refrain from barking loads at the seals!
