Farnam, Nebraska

Farnam is a village in Dawson County, Nebraska, United States. It is part of the Lexington, Nebraska Micropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 171 at the 2010 census. Farnam was founded in 1886 when the Burlington and Missouri River Railroad was extended to that point. It was named for Henry Farnam, a railroad official.
