"First I want to say the man who came to our house was very polite and professional, however I am deeply unsatisfied with the service and what it cost me. This company doesn't post their pricing online, and if you choose to not use them they charge $49.00 for coming to your home. I paid $307.00 for them to clean my outside vent, that was it. He did not look at my vent inside the home, attached to the dryer, the back of the dryer nothing! Now maybe we should've asked more questions, our fault for assuming, but how the heck can you justify $307.00 for literally 10 mins of work. They also took the cover off my outside vent to keep birds etc. out and it's now missing. My husband had to give him a garbage bag to clean up the lint, he had no way to clean up after the job. So I am out $307.00 and now need to go buy a new cover and my husband will have to service the inside vent, because I surely am not paying anymore money to anyone to complete this job. So just know if you use them you're looking at $300 or more and it's ONLY for outside service."
